1. Who can use this site?
All services on this site (Caller and Advisor) are only available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Users or advisors in violation of the above will be banned and the account terminated.
You shall not use the AdviceTopia.com if you are located or reside in any of the following countries for which use is prohibited for legal reasons: without limitation, Burma, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Serbia, Sudan, Syria.
2. Using Advice Services at your own risk.
(a) ADVICETOPIA does not review and check the credentials of the advisors who provide their services on the site. ADVICETOPIA will not be held responsible for the content of the advisor on their profile page nor the advice exchanged. The advisors act independent. The advice received from advisors is not being reviewed by ADVICETOPIA, neither do we give guarantees or are responsible for the outcome of the communication between advisor and users. Advisors indicate themselves in which category their advice fits best, ADVICEOPIA does not review or monitor this.
(b) ADVICETOPIA is only the link provider between user and advisor, providing the platform to connect both parties. The content which is being exchanged between user and advisor is outside the responsibility of ADVICETOPIA.
(c) ADVICETOPIA as link provider between advisor and user recommends limiting sharing personal details through the system for security purposes. ADVICETOPIA
(d) In case a user or advisor encounters any suspicious behavior we urge you to report this to ADVICETOPIA. For safety and security purposes we advice and recommend to not contacting other members of the site outside ADVICETOPIA. This includes meeting in person.
(e) In case of damage or harm resulted or arising from any of the services of ADVICETOPIA, your hereby declare that AdviceTopia is released from all actual and consequential dammage.
(f) ADVICETOPIA reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Site, or modify the terms and conditions of your use of the Site, without notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on the Site.
(g) You hereby agree to keep your password and login information confidential.
(h) You hereby agree that ADVICETOPIA is not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your account. We recommend you therefore the update your password frequently and to not share this with anyone and to keep the login and password information unique.
(i) As a User/Advisor you will not record or store any communication/advice that you receive/supply through the site.
(j) You will not use ADVICETOPIA for:
· Any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or contrary to the terms and conditions of ADVICETOPIA,
· Harassing another user or advisor. You will respect the privacy of others and not use the rude or abusive or offensive communications,
· By using false identities or impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use.
· misleading users and/or advisors of the site for example, offering to "become a millionaire today," "lose weight now".
· sending spam or junk mail. Spam or Junk messages are subject to automatic termination of account.
· You will only use AdviceTopia to connect to other users/advisors. You will not use or try to by-pass ADVICETOPIA by having direct communication other then through ADVICTOPIA. None-compliance will result in account termination
Advisor - special additions
- Advisor should only select the categories to provide advice in, for which the advisor is capable to supply high quality service to all users,
- Advisors are not allowed to contact users other then by ADVICETOPIA.com
- Advisors are able to make a withdraw request for all payments for which the revenue was generated over seven (7) calendar days before the withdraw request.
- Payment of available funds is only done through PayPal. Currently no other service is available.
- Advisor is responsible for correctly indicating if advisor is available for calls or not. ADVICETOPIA will review none-compliance where as termination of the account is a possibility.
Advisors can upload images/photos with their account and profile.
Please comply with the following restrictions in regards to the images and or photos:
- No photos containing nudity or pornographic material shall be used.
- No photos are to be used that which is unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable or invasive of someones privacy.
- Advisors may not upload or use any content that infringes copyright, trademark or any other proprietary rights of any party, or material protected by intellectual property laws, right of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law.
AdviceTopia does not accept responsibility for these photos, we do reserve the right to remove at any time, without notice, a photo or image that violates our terms and conditions.
Users/Callers - special additions
- You must provide honest, true and accurate ratings and feedback for Advisor services. You can be held legally responsible if in court it is proven that your remarks are defamatory and resulted in damages to someone's reputation.
- ADVICETOPIA will not give refunds for any reason. However your account can however give credited when your claim is approved.
- Please be informed all products and serviced offered by this site are for entertainment purposes only. ADVICETOPIA provides you the communication part of the link between you and the advisor. ADVICETOPIA will not be held responsible for the nature of the advice, advice received, result of te advice or communication with the advisor. By using this service you are responsible and using the service it at your own risk.
